The Central Campus of Lumbini Buddhist University is organizing a special online lecture series titled “Pilgrimage to Kailash: Sacred Geography and Living Traditions” on 18 May 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM (NPT).
The lecture will be delivered by Prof. K. T. S. Sarao, an internationally acclaimed scholar of Buddhist Studies and one of the leading authorities on Indian Buddhism, Pāli literature, Buddhist history, archaeology, and Engaged Buddhism.
The program aims to provide deeper insight into the spiritual, historical, and cultural significance of Mount Kailash and its living traditions across Buddhist civilizations.
