LBU Successfully Hosts the 5th International Symposium on Asian Natural Philosophy: Nature and Civilization

Lumbini Buddhist University recently concluded the highly successful 5th International Symposium on Asian Natural Philosophy: Nature and Civilization. Held at the prestigious Central Library Hall, the symposium brought together esteemed scholars, professors, and participants from various countries including China, Nepal, Korea, and India.

The symposium kicked off with an impressive opening and welcoming ceremony, extending late into the evening hours of the first day. Attendees were treated to a diverse array of presentations, discussions, and debates covering a wide range of topics related to Asian Natural Philosophy. Notable scholars from Nepal, India, and China shared their research findings and insights, contributing to enriching dialogues and academic discourse.

Throughout the two-day event, approximately 30 scholars delivered thought-provoking papers, sparking engaging discussions and exchange of ideas. Of particular significance was the keynote address by renowned Professor Dr. Liu Xiaoting from Beijing Normal University, who emphasized the profound importance of nature and civilization in contemporary society.
