Chinese Ven. Xiaoxing and his team Donates NRs 4 Million to Lumbini Buddhist University for Buddhist Education and Research

Lumbini, Nepal, 14th August , 2024 – In a remarkable gesture of support for the promotion of Buddhist education and research, Ven. Xiaoxing and his team from China have donated NRs FOUR MILLION, 40,00,000.00 TO Lumbini Buddhist University. This significant contribution will be directed towards the university’s research and scholarship programs in Buddhist education.

During the donation ceremony, Ven. Xiaoxing emphasized his commitment to fostering Buddhist education and research, highlighting that this grant is just the beginning of their ongoing support for Lumbini Buddhist University. “We are dedicated to furthering Buddhist education and research, and we will continue to provide similar grants in the future,” Ven. Xiaoxing stated.

Dr. Tilak Ram Acharya, representing Lumbini Buddhist University, gratefully accepted the donation. He assured that the funds would be utilized exclusively for the intended purpose of research and scholarships, contributing to the university’s mission of advancing Buddhist education. “We are deeply appreciative of Ven.
