Reflecting on his reappointment, Dr. Acharya expressed his commitment to elevating Lumbini Buddhist University to international acclaim. He emphasized the importance of experienced personnel in advancing the university’s objectives and outlined plans for expanding educational offerings, enhancing physical infrastructure, and implementing strategic projects.

The selection process for the registrar position involved a comprehensive evaluation, overseen by a committee comprising esteemed members Dr. Ramesh Chandra Poudel, Member of National Planning Commission, Prof. Dr. Upendra Koirala, former Vice-Chancellor of Midwest University, and scholar Prof. Dr. Pushkar Bajracharya. Dr. Acharya’s stellar performance and vision for the university’s future were pivotal factors in his successful reappointment.
