The duties, responsibilities, and rights of the Research Center Management Committee shall be as follows:
(a) To conduct or facilitate research programs of the university or other universities, bodies, associations, and institutions.
(b) To arrange and mobilize necessary resources and means for research programs and related activities.
(c) To draft policies, plans, and programs of the concerned research center and submit them to the Executive Council for approval.
(d) To monitor and evaluate research programs, projects, consultancy services, and other related activities of the concerned research center.
