Experienced educator specializing in English language teaching, literature, and linguistics, with international exposure in China and extensive involvement in academic research and conferences. He currently serves as the BTTM program coordinator at Lumbini Buddhist University and is a life member of NELTA and Lumbini Literature Society.
Mr. Mohan Lal Bhandari studied M.Ed. at University Campus, Tribhuvan University, Kritipur, Kathmandu, Nepal from 2002 to 2004. His teaching journey started in 1998 from different institutions: New Horizon Institution, Tilottama College/Campus (Pokhara University), Manimukunda College/Campus (T.U.), Cambridge GCE ‘A’ level programme and Yagyodaya Multiple Campus (T.U.), Rupandehi. He gained international exposure as a visiting teacher at Betterful International School, China. Mr. Bhandari has taught several courses such as Methods of English Teaching, English Literature and Language Teaching, Linguistics, English Writing Skills, Academic Writing, First Cambridge English (FCE), Cambridge Advanced English (CAE) and General Paper (GP). He has been teaching as a founder faculty of Bachelor Degrees at Lumbini Buddhist University since December 1st, 2016. Currently, he is working as a coordinator at the BTTM programme, L.B.U. Mr. Bhandari participated in several international conferences organized by NELTA. He was involved in different pieces of training organized by Cambridge University through the British Council, Kathmandu. He took part in paper presentations and international seminars conducted on behalf of L.B.U. and L.D.T. He researched in ” Comparative Study of Kinship Terms between Awadhi and English Language”. His articles based on Language Teaching have been published in different journals. He has also worked as an editor in chief in The Lumbini Today. Mr. Bhandari is a life member of NELTA and Lumbini Literature Society. Mr. Bhandari speaks English, Nepali, Mandarin, Hindi and Awadhi. He has visited the Republic of China, Macau and Thailand.
