He has spent 26 years as Principal at Siddhartha Vidhya Mandir in Kapilvastu, where he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a commitment to academic excellence. Additionally, he served as Campus Chief at Siddhartha College in Taulihawa for 10 years, further showcasing his ability to manage and develop educational institutions.
