Sanju Bhandari serves as the Library Head Assistant at Lumbini Buddhist University, with over a decade of experience as the Chief Librarian. Passionate about user and community service, she is driven by the goal of providing satisfactory experiences for library patrons. Holding a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Tribhuvan University, along with a Master’s in Health Education, she possesses a robust foundation in library management and interdisciplinary knowledge.
Throughout her career, she have been celebrated for their commitment to excellence in library management. Mrs Bhandari has been honored with the International Library Leadership Award from British Grammar School for her significant contributions to the field. Additionally, she received the Energetic Librarian Award from Birat Medical College Teaching Hospital, recognizing their enthusiasm and dedication to library services. These accolades underscore Sanju’s dedication to the overall management of library systems and their unwavering commitment to serving diverse user communities.
In their current role, she oversees the Integrated Library System at Lumbini Buddhist University. She is deeply passionate about creating academically engaging learning experiences that foster curiosity, creativity, and compassion. Leveraging innovative technologies and best practices in library science, she aims to cultivate an environment where students and faculty can thrive intellectually.
