Mr. Dayaram Bhandari is an assistant lecturer at Lumbini Buddhist University. He specializes in Applied Buddhism. His expertise is in meditation and stress management. He practices art of living under the guidance of Buddhism.
Mr. Bhandari has passed Master’s Degree, Applied Buddhism, from Lumbini Buddhist University. Surprisingly, he has a spontaneous attachment with meditation and Mother Nature. His quest for knowledge on the nature of human mind is prime of his research area. As he is a naturalist, he loves every bit of nature from a grain of sand to bulk of mountain… He is highly concerned with environmental protection, planetary sufficiency and human excellence. His insight on virtues and meditation add a value in his teaching career enabling students to achieve discipline, the soft skill that is required in every field of calling and profession.
Mr. Bhandari focuses on lovingkindness, compassion and critical thinking. He prefers integrating them in modern curriculum to enable students to experience self-realization and live in the world as a descent global citizen respecting the life of other beings and plants both on land and in water.
