Biography

Mr. Lilamani Pandey is a highly motivated and experienced professional with over two and a half decades of teaching experience, ranging from first-grade students to Master’s degree level. He is proficient in Nepali, English, Awadhi, Bhojpuri, and Hindi.

Regarding his academic qualifications, Mr. Pandey holds an M. Phil in English and Master’s degrees in both English and Mahayana Buddhism. Currently, he is an Assistant Lecturer at Lumbini Buddhist University, where he teaches subjects related to Buddhist Studies and the English language, making a significant positive impact as an educator by sharing his expertise and knowledge with students.

Mr. Pandey has a rich and successful career in educational management. He served as the Vice-Principal at British Grammar School (formerly known as Namaste Academy) in Tilottama-14, Rupandehi, where he was responsible for examination management, communication, and student affairs. Additionally, he managed marketing and admissions and coordinated Cambridge school programs. 

Before this, Mr. Pandey was the Executive Principal at Lumbini Shiksha Niketan in Mayadevi-4, Rupandehi, for about four years, where he implemented numerous changes in educational methodology and promoted quality consciousness among students. His dedication to education is also evident in his work of translating Buddhist philosophy from Nepali to English, ensuring that the teachings of Buddhism reach a global audience. Furthermore, Mr. Pandey has published several academic journal articles, with more in the pipeline.

Now residing permanently in Siddharthanagar Municipality-3, Rupandehi, Mr. Pandey is dedicating himself to the Center for International Relations at Lumbini Buddhist University.
