Biography

Neshan Shrestha is an Assistant Lecturer at Lumbini Buddhist University, specializing in Applied Buddhism, Philosophy, and Psychology. He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Buddhism and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Psychology. 

Mr. Shrestha is deeply engaged in exploring traditional values and creative potentials, reflecting his broad academic interests and scholarly pursuits. His interdisciplinary background enables him to approach the study of Buddhism with a rich and nuanced perspective, integrating philosophical and psychological insights.

In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Mr. Shrestha is actively involved in the translation and interpretation of Buddhist texts, contributing to the dissemination and understanding of Buddhist teachings.
