Shakti Dhar Yadav is an accomplished Assistant Lecturer at Lumbini Buddhist University, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the academic community. He holds a master’s in applied Buddhism from Lumbini Buddhist University (2016), a master’s degree in English from Tribhuvan University (2015), a bachelor’s degree of One Year B.Ed from Tribhuvan University (2018), and a bachelor’s degree in Humanities (English and Economics) from Tribhuvan University (2009). His strong educational foundation enables him to offer a unique interdisciplinary approach to his lectures, enriching the learning experience for his students.
Mr.yadav’s professional journey spans various roles, including six years as a secondary-level teacher in esteemed schools in Rupandehi, four years as Principal at Lumbini Shiksha Niketan, and seven years as a secondary-level English teacher at Shree Buddha Adarsh Secondary School. Since 2073, he has been a part-time and course contract teacher at Lumbini Buddhist University, instructing Master’s and bachelor’s level courses. Additionally, he has played a significant role in curriculum development, designing the Functional English syllabus for the Bachelors of Bhote Buddhist Studies program. As a trainer, Mr.yadav has led sessions for the ‘School Improvement Program (SIP),’ showcasing his dedication to enhancing educational standards.
Currently serving as an Assistant Lecturer at the Central Campus of Lumbini Buddhist University, Mr.yadav actively contributes to academic growth through his involvement in various training and workshops, including teaching orientation programs and syllabus workshops. His participation in these programs highlights his commitment to continuous professional development and educational excellence. Mr.yadav’s passion for teaching, coupled with his ability to inspire and engage students, makes him a valuable asset to the university, fostering a dynamic and insightful learning environment.
