Call for Participation in the Peace Festival-2024

We are delighted to announce that Lumbini Buddhist University is proudly contributing to organizing the Peace Festival-2024 in Lumbini as a supporting Institution. This festival aims to celebrate the spirit of peace and harmony, echoing the timeless teachings of compassion and understanding.

Event Details:

April 5th: Meditation Session

Time: 7:00 am – 9:00 am

Venue: Outside Mayadevi temple, Under the Tree. Lumbini, Nepal

(Note: The deadline for submitting the names of the participants in meditation is the 3rd of April 2024.)

Join us for a serene meditation session to start the day peacefully. Following the session, lunch will be served at the Central Campus Canteen, providing an opportunity for fellowship and camaraderie.

April 6th: Peace Marathon

Time: Starting at 6:00 am

Venue: Lumbini, Nepal

(Note: There are even short-distance marathons. Specific Marathon Route for the students.)

Participate in the Peace Marathon, symbolizing our collective journey towards a world filled with harmony and unity. Lace up your shoes and join us for this inspiring event.

April 6th: Live Music Concert

Time: 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Venue: Lumbini Square, Lumbini, Nepal

Experience the power of music at the Live Music Concert. Enjoy performances by renowned artists including Ani Chowing Dolma and other international talents. Let the melodies of peace resonate through the air as we come together in celebration.
