We are excited to announce the 18th N.E.W.S. Conference on April 2nd and 3rd, 2025, hosted by Lumbini Buddhist University, Nepal, and organized by Global University Network. After a hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which interrupted our tradition of hosting conferences at esteemed institutions like LUM University in Italy and Three Gorges University in China, we successfully resumed last year at Nihon University, Tokyo. This year’s conference, centered on the theme “Human Resource Development for the 4th Industrial Revolution,” will provide a platform to share innovative research and insights on the transformative changes shaping education and workforce strategies. Special sub-sessions will explore “The Role of Higher Education in Regional Development” and “Gender and University,” fostering discussions on critical global issues.
